ALARIN AIRCRAFT HINGE has focused exclusively on manufacturing aircraft hinges for over 25 years. Our depth of experience has allowed us to fully serve the aerospace industry's leading customers. Our engineering staff has decades of experience transforming these customers' drawings into high-quality precision parts. Our equipment includes custom machines which were designed and built by Alarin specifically to manufacture close-tolerance aircraft hinges. Combining this specialized hinge milling and drilling equipment with multi-axis CNC and conventional manufacturing equipment, we are able to offer our customers a wide range of capabilities that meet their specific requirements for build-to-print aircraft hinges and assemblies.

Alarin manufactures aircraft hinges from many materials including; aluminum, aluminum bronze and similar alloys, stainless steel, steel alloys, titanium and other aerospace metals. We are experienced with these materials in all forms including extrusions, bar stock, plate, forgings and castings.

As detailed on our Products page, applications for hinges manufactured by Alarin range from interior applications to flight critical hinges and everything in between. Alarin also has significant experience manufacturing hinges for military applications including the C-130, C-17, F-4 and F-16 platforms. Alarin's operations are in compliance with all DFAR, EAR and ITAR requirements.
